Kings Meadow Homes selected Paramount Timber Frame to manage the offsite timber frame manufacture for their Fox Talbot Close project comprising 9 homes just outside Reading Town Centre.

The development is surrounded by existing housing and sits within a conservation area. Working with Paramount Timber meant that build time was significantly reduced and disruption to residents and environment minimised. Framing for the units was manufactured offsite and installed in a matter of weeks.

Kings Meadow Homes selected Paramount Timber Frame as their build partner based on previous experience and success in multi-unit developments. The project is due to complete in October 2022.
